1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, initiating a trial, or accessing Workstrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
2. Use License
Workstrix grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the software for internal project management and collaboration. Under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the proprietary platform source code.
- Use the software for unlawful or malicious activities.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer system APIs.
- Remove proprietary copyright or trademark notices.
3. Service Availability & SLA
“We architect Workstrix for 99.99% uptime availability. However, services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' with scheduled maintenance communicated in advance.”
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis. Our merchant order processing and billing are conducted securely via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which processes all subscription transactions and invoices. You may cancel your subscription at any time, retaining access until the conclusion of your active billing period.
5. Third-Party Integrations & Google API Adherence
Workstrix connects with third-party ecosystem providers (including GitHub, Google Calendar, and Stripe/Paddle). By connecting these integrations, you agree that:
- Google API Data: Our application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will strictly adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
- Purpose: Google user data (Calendar, Profile, and Gmail) is accessed solely to synchronize meetings, view relevant thread context, and send authorized user responses.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We never share or sell Google user data to third parties.
- Revocation: You retain total autonomy to unlink connected third-party integrations at any moment from your workspace Profile settings.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach terms of service, execute security exploits, or fail billing verification. Upon termination, platform access ceases immediately.
